The Work

What I'm building now.

Every job has been the same bet in a new place. Here is where the bet sits today.

Generative video

Driving the cost of generated video down.

Right now I lead a studio driving down the cost of generative video, on purpose, because that's the door into biology. My work drives the price of generating video down by orders of magnitude. When a second of generated video costs a fraction of a cent, so does a second of simulated biology.

Generated video is a world rendering itself frame by frame. Biology is the next world to render.

That is the bet. The Idea explains why it works.

The scanner

Tracking what's real in AI.

I also track what's real in AI. My scanner has verified nearly 10,000 deployments across 3,500 companies in seven months. That's how I watched the easy ground fill in and the value move to the problems you can't fake.

The direction

Starting with cancer.

The hardest, most important problem I know is human biology. I'm starting with cancer. I lost my mom to cancer at 57. This is the promise I'm keeping.
